Two rooms are available for rent in a freshly renovated and fully furnished 2-room shared apartment with approx. 50 m² of living space in the sought-after location of Trier-South.

The apartment is located in the attic and has been extensively renovated and newly equipped. A new kitchen is already available and both shared apartment rooms are fully furnished.

This means the apartment is ready for immediate move-in – just bring personal belongings and move in.

Rooms & Rent:

Two shared apartment rooms are available:

Room 1:

• 470 € cold rent
• 150 € furniture surcharge
• 50 € additional costs
• = 670 € per month

Room 2:

• 470 € cold rent
• 150 € furniture surcharge
• 50 € additional costs
• = 670 € per month

Additionally, a parking space is assigned to the apartment for 90 € per month. The costs for the parking space will be shared within the shared apartment.

The apartment has been freshly renovated and fully equipped for use as a shared apartment.

The apartment is ideally suited for students, trainees, career starters, young professionals, or commuters looking for a modern and uncomplicated living option in Trier. A classic adult or professional shared apartment is also very conceivable here.

We are particularly pleased about an existing 2-person constellation that wants to move in together. However, a joint application is not a requirement: All rooms are also rented individually, so individuals are welcome to apply.

Due to the complete furnishing and ready-to-move-in equipment, the apartment is also excellent for commuters to Luxembourg, weekend commuters, or people coming to Trier for studies, training, internships, or professional reasons, who want to move in directly without much effort.
