Old apartment with luxury furnishings
This MehrWert concept in the downtown area of Trier posed a unique challenge due to the compact living space. The goal was to create a high-quality, functional, and at the same time, tranquil living concept that optimally utilizes the available space and offers a clear unique selling proposition.
Since the floor and kitchen were already in good condition, the focus was entirely on the design, furnishings, and a well-thought-out spatial solution. The centerpiece of the concept is a custom-made loft bed, specifically planned and implemented for the apartment. This was complemented by an individually crafted, powder-coated steel angle that not only provides stability but also adds a modern, architectural accent.
By integrating the loft bed, valuable usable space was gained. Below it, a cozy seating area was created, which functionally expands the apartment and makes everyday life significantly more comfortable. The planning and design phase consciously took more time as creative solutions were required to bring aesthetics, functionality, and spatial impact into harmony.
The concept was rounded off with high-quality, durable furnishings, a calm and harmonious color scheme, and strategically placed light sources that add depth and warmth to the apartment. A suitable curtain further enhances the coziness and supports the clear, relaxed overall atmosphere.
The result is a small but exceptionally well-thought-out apartment with high quality of stay, a clear design line, and optimally utilized space. This MehrWert concept significantly increased the attractiveness of the apartment and successfully achieved a correspondingly higher rent on the market.
