1-room apartment with modern amenities

In this MoreValue Concept, the focus was on the comprehensive modernization of an aging apartment. The goal was to transform the existing living space into a modern, functional, and cozy living area through targeted renovation measures and a thoughtful furnishing concept. Both the elimination of existing defects and the aesthetic and economic enhancement of the property were center stage.

In the first step, the partially heavily damaged wall surfaces were extensively overhauled, and large parts of the old wallpaper were renewed. Subsequently, the entire apartment received a uniform, high-quality floor covering with matching baseboards, creating a calm and continuous overall appearance. The interior doors were also included in the redesign: The original wooden entrance door was painted white from the inside, and the previous bathroom door was completely replaced with a modern white door.

The outdated kitchenette was replaced with a modern, compact kitchen featuring clean fronts, subtle gray tones, and black accents. Additionally, necessary repairs to the plumbing in the bathroom were required to address existing technical defects. This way, alongside the aesthetic improvements, important functional aspects of the apartment could also be taken into account.

Another focus was on targeted furnishing and optimal use of the available space. The coordinated furnishings created clearly defined areas for sleeping, working, dining, and relaxing. Bright furniture, natural materials, selected textiles, and a harmonious color concept lend the apartment a modern and inviting atmosphere. Purposefully placed light sources complete the design and add to the coziness.

The result is a fully modernized and furnished apartment that combines functionality, aesthetics, and living comfort. Through the combination of necessary repairs, targeted modernization, and high-quality furnishings, the attractiveness of the property was sustainably increased and a significantly better positioning in the rental market was made possible.
