1-room apartment with loft bed and balcony

This MoreValue Concept focused on the complete redesign of a heavily dilapidated apartment. The aim was to optimally utilize the existing living space through intelligent room layout and to create a modern, functional, and cozy living space from the original condition.

In the first step, the existing wall surfaces were extensively renovated, and the apartment was visually upgraded with a new flooring and matching baseboards. The outdated kitchen unit was completely replaced with a modern kitchen featuring a dark countertop, matching wall panels, and clean lines. The interior doors and frames were also color-coordinated with the new design concept, resulting in a cohesive and calm overall appearance.

The centerpiece of the concept is a spacious loft bed made of solid wood, which optimally utilizes the existing room height and creates additional living space. Below the sleeping area, a fully functional workspace was integrated, while a separate seating area by the window invites relaxation. This thoughtful arrangement allowed various living functions to be combined in a compact area without overcrowding the space.

Additionally, the apartment was equipped with high-quality, carefully coordinated furnishings. A large mirror cabinet provides ample storage space and makes the room appear more spacious. Bright curtains, natural materials, and targeted lighting accents create a warm, harmonious atmosphere. The existing balcony with its expansive view complements the living concept and further enhances the quality of stay.

The result is a completely redesigned apartment that combines functionality, aesthetics, and optimal space utilization. Through comprehensive modernization and the individual furnishing concept, the quality of living has been significantly improved, the attractiveness of the property sustainably increased, and a significantly higher rental positioning achieved.
