1-room apartment with balcony

In this MoreValue Concept, the focus was on transforming a compact apartment into a high-quality, functional living space through targeted modernization and a well-thought-out furnishing concept. The goal was to make optimal use of the existing area, create a clear room structure, and simultaneously develop a modern, inviting living atmosphere.

In the first step, the existing flooring was replaced with a new, high-quality flooring and complemented with matching baseboards. The previous kitchen unit was completely renewed and replaced by a modern, compact kitchen with clear design language. Bright surfaces, subtle colors, and carefully selected materials create a calm, harmonious overall image.

An essential component of the concept was the intelligent division of the living space into different functional areas. A custom-made wooden slat construction created an visually separated sleeping area without compromising the open spatial effect. Additionally, a cozy living area, a dining space, and a compact workspace by the window were integrated.

The concept was complemented by high-quality, harmoniously coordinated furnishings, floor-length curtains, and strategically placed light sources. Natural materials and warm colors give the apartment a homely atmosphere. The existing balcony additionally extends the living space and ensures a pleasant, light-flooded overall image.

The result is a modern, fully furnished apartment that, despite its compact size, offers a high level of living quality. Through targeted enhancement and optimal use of the existing area, the attractiveness of the apartment could be significantly increased, allowing for a correspondingly higher rental positioning.
