1-room-apartment with balcony

In this MehrWert concept, the focus was on opening up the apartment spatially, improving natural light and creating a modern, high-quality living experience. A previously existing partition wall was removed as it had significantly broken up the natural light and unnecessarily made the space look smaller. Thanks to this floor plan optimization, the apartment feels much more spacious, brighter, and inviting today.

In the next step, the entire flooring throughout the unit was renewed to create a calm, cohesive overall appearance. Additionally, new baseboards were installed that emphasize the high-quality impression and ensure clean transitions as well as a harmonious finish.

For further enhancement, the apartment was intentionally furnished in a modern and timeless style and equipped with carefully selected curtains, bringing warmth, texture, and livability into the rooms. A well-thought-out lighting concept completes the overall picture: different light sources create atmosphere, highlight the openness of the rooms, and make the apartment appear overall more modern and high-quality.

The result is a noticeably improved quality of living as well as a clear positioning in the more attractive rental segment. The cold rent has been significantly increased.
